If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.

Please note:

Special-order or non-stock items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Specially ordered parts under £50 can not be returned for credit, anything over £50 will incur a 20% surcharge.
Electrical items, software, and consumables (such as oils, filters, or decals) cannot be returned if opened or used.
Clothing must be unworn, with all tags still attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email or phone regarding approval.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate, including any reasonable postage costs incurred.

Exchanges

We can exchange clothing and certain accessories for a different size or model, subject to stock availability.

Please contact us first to confirm exchange options before returning your item.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is confirmed as faulty, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
